Petersburg, Ky - turn left out of our drive and head "straight" into town. There is a playground and small library here. You can also see the river.
Boone County Parks - Picnic, hiking, mountain biking paths, dirt biking paths, disc golf course, playgrounds, views of the river, gardens - these are just some of the things you can find at the parks here.
Boone County Arboretum - many garden collections including a children's garden
Big Bone Lick State Park - Birthplace of American Paleontology; herd of bison being raised here.
Rabbit Hash, Ky - fun little town on the Ohio with a general store and eatery
CVG Airport Viewing Area - Watch airplanes take off and land at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky airport
Boone County Library_ - the main library is very nice and includes a deli/café
Boone County Barn Quilt Trail - see the countryside and local quilt art as well.
Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption - beautiful cathedral in Covington KY
Devou Park - In Covington, across the river with a great view of downtown Cincinnati
Mainstrasse Village - area in Covington with German heritage
